Trumping the Fourth Amendment
Recently, I heard a report that over 100 Federal I.C.E agents currently deployed across America are former I.D.F (Israeli Defense Force) fight ers. The same soldiers that have been committing mass murder on innocent Palestinians in Gaza, are patrolling the streets of America. These demonic Zionist have been recruited to bring their special skill sets of murder to a community near you and I. Also, this week I read I.C.E agents were given the power to search property without magistrate issued warrants. It doesn’t take a lawyer to know that is straight up unconstitutional against the 4th Amendment.
The 4th Amendment plainly states all citizens have a right “to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.” The 4th amendment is being aggressively dismantled in real time by dictator Trump, who has a long-range plan of dismantling the entire Bill of rights and selling them to the oligarchs.
What most Americans do not know is the government has already neu tered the Fourth Amendment with the enactment of the 2001 “Patriot Act “authorized days after the 9/11attacks. In that act, it gives the government permission to conduct warrantless searches in pursue of terroristic risks on any residence or entity within 50 miles of any shoreline, which encompasses most of the major population centers in the U.S.
This was best illustrated after the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing, where federal agents conducted a mass deployment of police that scoured Boston neighborhoods to flush out the terrorist. Little was reported about the citizens who were ordered out of their homes to allow the police to search every property for the elusive terrorist. Turned out, two brothers Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, ethnic Chechens, were caught. One was killed by police and the other is currently on Death row awaiting execution.
Mark my words if anything happens in that that even smells like terrorism it’s no doubt Trump will evoke the Patriot Act and every American’s 4th Amendment rights will become empty words on an ancient obsolete piece of paper. America can expect another catalyzing false flag event LIKE 9/11 to justify Trumps intention of making all Black and Brown people the America Hamas to be purged from America.
