Why is he still breathing?

This week marks the 3rd anniversary of the May 14th, 2022 Tops massacre that took the lives of 10 innocent black people at the hands of a 20-year-old piece of racist crap (I refuse to say his name) who decided to become famous by massacring black people.

For myself, the biggest question is why is that piece of crap still breathing? I wrote from the day it happened that piece of human crap should have been dragged from the Holding Center by a mob of “concerned” citizens and stoned to death in McKinley Square, but that just me.

That piece of crap was already convicted in State Court where there is no death penalty and was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Which I consider a miscarriage of justice.

Why should he be allowed to be given three hots and a cot for the remainder of his miserable life at taxpayers’ expense? Not to mention there are 56,245 other pieces of crap already serving life sentences without the possibility of parole in the U.S today. The very ideal of “life without parole” is an inaccuracy, because any State Governor or President could commute any sentence if they wanted to. We see what Trump did with the J6 insurrectionist.

Happily, a federal death penalty trial is scheduled to start in September 2025. The “piece of crap” is charged with 27 hate crimes, including murder and domestic terrorism where he faces the death penalty. Despite the fact there is zero doubt of his guilt, which he livestreamed for the world to witness his demonic acts. Yet the death sentence verdict is not guaranteed.

The defense plans to present an insanity plea as well as arguing he should not be executed because of his age at the time of this crime. Even if he is given the death penalty it will be decades before justice is done. Interestingly, there are only three men currently on Federal Death row: Dzhokhar Tsarnaev (Boston Marathon bomber), Dylann Roof (Charleston church shooter), and Robert Bowers (Pittsburgh synagogue shooter).

Nationwide there are 2,067 individuals on death row in the United States, including 46 women. Hopefully, there will be another piece of crap on that list real soon.

The community will never stop demanding justice for those that died that terrible day. Say their names in remembrance.
