Educational Opportunity Lifetime Service and Student Scholarship Awards

These pictures were taken at the Buffalo State University Upward Bound Dr. Hal D. Payne Educational Opportunity Lifetime Service and Student Scholarship Awards, held August 7th at the Burchfield Penney Art Center, located at Buffalo State University. Eva Doyle Buffalo Criterion columnist, educator, and historian is this year’s honored guest. Madina Jandel is the 2025 is the recipient of the Dr. Hal Payne Upward Bound Scholarship. Joe Major, Vermont State Senator, served as the Master of Ceremonies.
