Free Series of Wellness Workshops Starting in January

Six Saturday seminars set for Northland Workforce Training Center

A series of free wellness workshops will take place over six straight Saturday mornings starting January 3rd at the Northland Workforce Training Center.

“From Stability to Strength” brings together trusted experts on physical health and wellness, budgeting, estate planning, homeownership and goal-setting, for a community-centered workshop series designed to strengthen your mind, body and finances.

Powered by EBM Consulting and True Community Development Corporation, in partnership with True Bethel Baptist Church, Erie County Department of Health, CAO HOPE Initiative, Choose Healthy Life, and United Way of Erie County, these free Saturday sessions are created for the community, with the community.

“This series was created to support our community in building wellness in practical, sustainable ways - connecting physical health, financial stability, housing readiness, and long-term planning,” said Janelle Brooks, owner and lead consultant of EBM Consulting. “Each session is designed to meet you where you are and provide tools you can actually use.”

These seminars are free and open to the public, with limited space - advance registration is encouraged at www.ebmconsults.com, and anyone interested in learning more is encouraged to contact info@ebmconsults.com
