Just a Reminder for Dinosaur Tea Party

It is not too late for kids to and parents to register for the T- Rex Tea Party for June 30, 2026, from 6:15pm -7:30pm at the Frank. E. Merriweather Library located at 1324 Jefferson Avenue. Kids who did not register for the party are still welcome to attend, and kids with special needs are encouraged to come as well.

Kids that come to the party will receive light refreshments, treats, and goodie bags, plus enjoy playing games and other activities. To sign up for the tea party, please contact Ms. Heather Bermingham, the Children’s Librarian here at this branch.

Parents and kids can stop in the library and see Mr. Joshua Mitch, Branch Librarian, and Ms. Miranda Palwak Assistant Branch Librarian also. Or call 716-883-4418. Branch Hours are Monday, Friday, and Saturday from 10am – 6pm and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 12pm – 8pm.

Beginning July 6, 2026, through August 14, 2026, kids can come to the Merriweather Library for free summer lunches from 12pm – 1pm Monday through Friday. Meals are available for anyone aged 18 and younger. All meals must be eaten here at the library, and lunches are given on a first-come first-served basis. The library staff are looking forward to having the kids come for lunch.
