53rd Annual Black Achievers Gala Set for Oct. 10

Buffalo, NY —This year Black Achievers, Inc., will host the 53rd Annual Black Achievers Awards Gala on Friday, October 10, 2025, at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center, 153 Franklin Street. This much anticipated event will recognize another group of outstanding individuals, all of whom have inspirational stories of personal, professional, spiritual and community achievements. The event, an evening of fine dining, networking and entertainment, will begin with a Red-Carpet Reception at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner and awards presentations from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 pm.

Herbert L. Bellamy, Jr., CEO of Buffalo Black Achievers, Inc., announced Co-Chairs for the gala this year are the Por sha Ari Parson, the Owner of Western New York Marketing and Public Relations Agency, and Derrick Parson, the Executive Director of the Exchange at Beverly Gray, the premier entrepreneur service organization serving the underrepresented and BIPOC entrepreneurial community in Buffalo. He noted this is the first time the Co-Chairs for the Black Achievers Gala are a married couple.
