Dr. Bonita Durand’s Retirement Ceremony

This photo was taken on May 28th at Dr. Bonita Durand’s retirement ceremony. Dr. Durand served as the interim President of Buffalo State University from June 2023 to April 2026. The event’s attendees wished Dr. Durand well as she embarks on a new chapter in life. She officially retires at the end of June and makes room for the new President, Dr. Jennifer Burris, who will take office on July 1, 2026. Pictured is Dr. Bonita Durand (L) and Allie Freeman (R).
