The Criterion in Time: Clapps Lauded By AKA's

Dr. and Mrs. Claude Clapp, third and fourth from left, retirees of the Board of Education, were recently honored by the Alpha Kappa Alpha Omega Phi Chapter at the Erie Community College Downtown Campus.

Dr. Clapp was Assistant Superintendent of the Buffalo Public Schools and Mrs. Clapp, Supervisor of the Language Arts Program for the Board of Education. They both have been pioneers in education and community service.
