Buffalo Police Station “C” (Fillmore and E. Ferry) has a new Chief, Andre Lloyd, Sr., who took his newly assigned position, May 7. Chief Lloyd replaced Chief Thelma Jones, who has been promoted to Deputy Commissioner of Administration. Chief Lloyd, Sr., is married and is the father of three. Chief Andre Lloyd is a Buffalonian, a product of the Buffalo schools, a graduate of Buffalo State University, serves as a Buffalo community officer and as a lieutenant.
