Hwa Fong Rubber is thrilled to announce purchase completion of Sumitomo Rubber USA’s (SRUSA) former manufacturing facility and related property located in the Town of Tonawanda, New York – now officially known as HF Industrial Park.

HF Industrial Park will become home to a dynamic mix of local, national, and international company operations, while ensuring a robust reuse of the longstanding, and important, regional industrial site. Prospective operators within the park are intended to predominately include automotive related manufacturing in rubber products, wheel parts, transmissions, chassis, and other components.

The company views this as a natural evolution for the former Sumitomo Rubber USA plant location and believes this property can successfully trans form into a future hub of manufacturing activity and innovation that will contribute to both the Western New York and New York State economies.
