James “JV” Vinson Way Sign Unveiling Celebrated

Senator April Baskin (SD-63) and a host of public officials celebrated the JV sign unveiling on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 12 Noon. The JV Trailblazer Sign is in honor to James “JV” Vinson, the legendary barber and community icon who opened his family business 50 years ago.
