Shirley Chisolm Tribute

These photos were taken April 30th at the Birchfield Penny Art Center. N.Y.S Senators Sean Ryan and April Baskin hosted the reception for the unveiling of the Shirley Chisolm Statue, a work local artist Julie Bottoms created.
