Lawrence Dupre’s Campaign Update

Lawrence Dupre has been out campaigning in the first district daily and has appeared at numerous events, festivals, block club meetings, and had several appearances on television, radio, open houses and doing door-to-door canvassing in the neighborhood passing out literature.

“I am constantly engaging with people in the community and listening to their needs and concerns. I am talking to our seniors in the community to let them know that I am here to help them with their concerns, such as safe streets and making sure that there are resources available for them.

Mr. Dupre went on to say that he will be answering questions regarding Medicaid, SNAP, HEAP, Weatherization, and Disaster Preparedness, by letting the community know where to sign up for these services through the Dept. of Aging and the Dept. of Social Services of Erie County.

Mr. Dupre has other plans in store for his campaign such as a voter registration drive on September 16,2025 hosting open houses with the first one scheduled for September 30, 2025, from 11am -2-pm and an open house 1pm–3pm at his office located at 1367 Fillmore Avenue where the community can come out to talk to him. Refreshments will be served at both events.
