The Black Achievers Gala will take place on Friday, October 10 at the Buffalo Convention Center, 153 Franklin Street. This anticipated event will recognize outstanding individuals from a variety of backgrounds and professions. This event will include an evening of fine dining, networking, and entertainment. The red carpet reception will begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner and award presentations from 7-9p.m. This year’s gala will honor four special awardees: The Buffalo Criterion Newspaper (Merriweather Family), Bonita R.
